Jennifer Harris is a San Diego-based fundraising and communications entrepreneur who has spent over two decades working across the social sector. Her consultancy, JH Collective, Inc., leverages a holistic mindset to bolster fundraising, messaging, and strategy for nonprofits, universities, and health-related organizations. Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked in leadership roles that span annual giving, major and principal giving, capital campaign design and development, and senior management. Over the last decade, she has ignited dialogue in the U.S. and abroad around what she calls "the authentic ask" and organizational health, and works with individuals, boards, and teams to see their greatest potential through the lens of storytelling. Today, she continues to shape her consulting business around the power of stories; that stories can serve personal growth and healing, develop organizations and business, and transform communities and histories.
